Entry Age
Unborn Child:
Mother AGE: 19 – 45 next birthday
Prenatal Child: 13 – 35 weeks of gestational period

Born Child:
Minimum  = 14 days attained age
Maximum = 70 age next birthday

Sum Assured
Min SA: RM 12,000

Unborn Child:
Maximum: RM 60,000

Age: 1 – 15 age next birthday
Maximum: RM 250,000

Age: 16 – 70 age next birthday
Maximum: RM 1,500,000

Optional (depend what your choose)

Remark
– The standard child lien shall apply for child before age 5 years next birthday

Plan Feature:

Early / Intermediate Stage:
Can claim 50% of the RSA (Rider Sum Assured)
Maximum: RM 300,000 per claim
Early or Intermediate Stage can claim up to maximum 4 times 

Exp 1:
RSA: RM 700,000 X 50% = RM 350,000
BUT maximum can RM 300,000 (per claim)

Once a claim is admitted, no future claims can be made within the same or lower Stage for the same Covered Event Category, EXCEPT for:
– Cancer,
– Heart Attack
– Stroke

Exp 1:
Claimed Intermediate Stage of COMA and recovery.
After a few years COMA again diagnosis Early Stage then unable to claim COMA Early Stage, because had claimed Intermediate Stage of COMA before.

BUT if claimed Early Stage of COMA and recovery.
After a few years COMA again diagnosis Intermediate Stage, then this is able to claim.

– Upon a claim on Early Stage or Intermediate Stage, the premium will remain the same

Advanced Stage
– Cancer x2
– Heart Attack x2
– Stroke x2
Above illnesses each can claim 2 times,
However maximum are 4 time.
Exp 1:
IF cancer claimed 2 times, stroke claimed 1 time, heart attack claimed 1 time, then no more can claim in this part.
Exp 2:
IF previous did claim the Early Stage of Cancer, then cancer category will remain 150% balance to claim.
  
Other Critical Illness
– Each Critical illness can 1 time only
– Angioplasty and other invasive treatments for coronary artery disease
   Exp 1:
   RSA : RM 700,000 X 10% = RM 70,000
   BUT maximum claim is RM 25,000
– IF NO ANY claim in Heart Attack, Cancer, Stroke, other Critical Illness can claim up to 8 times

Special Benefit with Additional coverage up to 60%
Diabetes Recovery Benefit  (Coverage Up To Age 85)  (20% of RSA)
– Surgery for Type 2 Diabetic Retinopathy
– Limb Amputation due to Type 2 Diabetic Complications
– Severe Diabetic Nephropathy resulting in Kidney Failure
– Diabetic Coma

Mental Illness Benefit (20% of RSA)
– Severe Major Depressive Disorder (MDD)
– Bipolar Disorder I
– Severe Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
– Schizophrenia
– Schizoaffective Disorder

Total Quadriplegia as a Result of Spinal Cord Injury (20% of RSA)
– Total Quadriplegia as a Result of Spinal Cord Injury

Survival Period

If client is diagnosed with one of the illnesses listed above, the client must survive for the specified number of days before claiming RSA.
