I request to add (SMS 150, SMME, SMMP, SMCC RM 50,000….etc )
I request delete SMCC, CIBR… etc
I request to cancel this Policy
I request to reduce / increase SA to RM 50,000
Remark:
– For amend any RIDER or SUM ASSURED, turn around time will take 10 days working day.
– So we recommend agent cancel current plan and apply new policy
– Of course If you are not fight any contest / promotion / maintenance or etc, you can do amendment.
