Cheque

Important Note:
Cheques must be crossed and made payable to “Great Eastern Life Assurance (Malaysia) Berhad”.

Please write policyholder’s name, Policy Number(s) and contact number at the reverse side of the cheque.


Go To   OCBC Bank
Cheque Deposit Machine (CDM)

Step 1:    Touch the “Screen”.
Step 2:    Select preferred “Language”.
Step 3:    Press “Enter”.
Step 4:    Select “Bill Payment”.
Step 5:    Select “1 – Great Eastern”.
Step 6:    Enter total amount of cheque(s).
Step 7:    Press “Enter” for yes.
Step 8:    Press “Enter” to confirm the amount.
Step 9:    Deposit the cheque (max. 30 cheques per transaction)

JOMPAY

Important Note:
JOMPAY transaction will take 2 working days to transfer to company


Step 1:   Login to Internet or Mobile Banking and look for JomPAY.

Step 2:   Enter the biller code as follow;
               90050 for Great Eastern Life policy
               90100 for Ex-OAC & Banca policy
               16899 for Great Eastern Takaful Certificate
Step 3:   Enter <Policy Number> in “Ref-1”.
Step 4:   Enter <mobile number> in “Ref-2”

Single Premium Top-up (SPTU)
Policy Alterations = (ALTER)
Advance Premium Account = (APA)
Policy Reinstatement = (REVIVAL)

Request TAC and then submit.

Login to CIMB Clicks online banking.
Under “Pay” tab, select “Bills”.
Select the desired bank account from the drop down menu under “From”.
Select “CIMB Clicks.”
Type “Great Eastern Life Assurance”.
Click “Submit”.
Fill up the “Policy number”, “Premium Amount” & Policy Holder’s Contact Number”.

Login to PBe personal banking.
Select “Payment”.
Select “Bill Payment”.
Select “To Other Bill”.

Fill in amount & policy number.

Select “Pay & Transfer”.
Select “Pay” and choose “Pay”

Fill in payee’s name, policy number, policy holder’s name & amount.

Credit Card / Debit Card for Consistency
Step 1:  Login to Great ID
Step 2:  Click on “My Services Request”.
Step 3:  Select “Change Payment Method”.
Step 4:  Select “Policy Number”.
Step 5:  Select “New Payment Method = Credit Card”.
Step 6:  Fill up credit card details.
Step 7:  Read and Accept ‘Term of Usage’
Step 8:  Select “Relationship with policy holder”
Step 9:  Click “Confirm Payment”
Step 10:  Enter One Time Password (OTP) sent by card issuing bank to card holder’s registered mobile phone with the bank.


Credit Card / Debit Card for ONE TIME
Step 1:  Logon to Great ID
Step 2:  Click “View policy Details”.
Step 3:  Click “Pay Now”.
Step 4:  Select “Transaction Type” and confirm “Total Amount”.
Step 5:  Confirm “Contact Details”.
Step 6:  Provide credit card details.
Step 7:  Tick “Use card for subsequent payments” if wish to opt for recurring billing.
Step 8:  Click “Agree” for ePAY Terms of Usage.
Step 9:  Declare relationship between Cardholder and Policyholder.
Step 10:  Enter One Time Password (OTP) sent by card issuing bank to card holder’s registered mobile phone with the bank.

Cash OR Bank (Bank's Staff) Transfer Direct

If your client prefer use CASH or BANK (BANK’S STAFF) TRANSFER DIRECT to do payment, then use BELOW bank account.
